Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plant leadership in recycling, plastics processing, or FMCG manufacturing.
• Proven track record in health and safety management.
• Experience with washing lines, extrusion or similar continuous processes.
• Data-driven approach to OEE and yield improvement.
