Job summary

Interaction Recruitment seeks Recycling/Packing Operative for rotating shifts in the Lincoln area. Immediate starts available with potential for permanent roles. Tasks include packing goods, quality checks and recycling faulty products in a warm, high-activity environment.

Shifts cover Days 0600-1400, Afternoons 1400-2200, or Nights 2200-0600. Flexibility to work all three shifts is preferred but not mandatory. Long-term opportunities and free parking are offered by our client.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing and quality checking.
• Willing to work in a warm environment on rotating shifts.
• Ability to work across days, afternoons and nights or with flexible rota.

Responsibilities

• Pack goods for shipping and storage.
• Perform quality checks on products and packaging.
• Recycle faulty products as part of the production line.
