Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking Recycling Operatives to join a busy production team. If you enjoy active work and teamwork, this role helps create a more sustainable future. Immediate starts and full training provided.

You will sort materials, feed them into machinery, and ensure the recycling area stays clean and efficient. A Monday–Friday pattern with a fixed hourly rate applies, with weekly pay and benefits such as a company pension and paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and sorting cardboard, plastics, and recyclable materials.
• Feeding materials into recycling machinery safely and efficiently.
• Operating a cardboard baling machine (full training provided).
• Separating recyclable and rejected items into the correct areas.
• Keeping the recycling area clean, organised, and running smoothly.
