Job summary

The Church of England Birmingham invites applications for the Rector of the Kingsbury Baxterley group of Churches, a rural parish comprising five villages in North Warwickshire. We seek a visionary, energetic priest who can lead, inspire, and resource our congregations while partnering with local schools and organisations.

Ordained in the Church of England with at least three years of ministry, you will serve under Common Tenure, participate in deanery life, and uphold safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

• Energetic leader with enthusiasm for community life.
• Ability to communicate with both churchgoers and non-churchgoers.
• Capable of strengthening unity and supporting small congregations.
• Collaborates with oversite area, schools and local organisations.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual leadership and oversight for the Kingsbury Baxterley group of Churches.
• Grow local church in spiritual depth, numbers and witness.
• Engage with the deanery, and wider Diocese, and encourage ministry by others.
