Job summary

Higher Success is seeking a Billing Team Leader in the offshore wind sector to lead and grow a small recruiter team in a busy, office-based setting.

You will be a hands-on recruiter with responsibility for new client development and existing account management, focusing on UK/Europe/USA opportunities within wind, solar, and renewables. The role includes clear commission potential and a strong career growth path.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruitment experience; management experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously with self-direction and strong work ethic.
• Experience in renewable energy recruitment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing team of recruiters (2 people).
• Act as a 360 recruiter, bringing in new clients while leveraging existing business.
• Open to UK, Europe or USA focus and renewables or solar/wind sectors.

Recruitment Billing Team Leader - Offshore Wind

A specialise and boutique Renewable Energy Recruitment Company based in Bromley. The business have had huge success in the few years since setting up. The company focus on Permanent and Contract placements into mainly onshore and offshore wind with the view to do more in Solar in the future. They are part of a wider Group and have a partner recruitment business with strong financial backing.

Opportunity

Billing Manager position with Built Environment or Energy Recruitment Experience either contingent or executive search. You will be a 360 recruiter with a mindset to bring in new clients but you will benefit from existing business also and you will manage and grow an existing team of 2 recruiters. The team are successful and billing well already. We are also hiring 2 more consultants for the team at the moment so there is good solid investment in this business area from day one.

You can be a perm or contract recruiter and you can chose to focus on UK, Europe or USA. They are open minded to renewables or Solar and Wind.

Requirements

• Experienced renewable energy recruiter with management experience
• 5 years recruitment experience plus is most likely to be suitable
• You will likely need at least 2 years of management experience
• Ability to work autonomously with good sense of self direction
