Recruitment Talent Specialist – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
Contract: 12-Month FTC
Location: Hybrid – 1 day in Chelmsford, 2 days in London

We’re looking for a Recruitment Talent Specialist to join a busy and dynamic team on a 12‑month fixed term contract. You’ll be sitting with the people team, supporting key projects and making a real impact on talent attraction and development across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding new talent.
  • Building relationships with managers and team leads to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Creating engaging job adverts and using innovative sourcing methods to attract the best candidates.
  • Managing candidate pipelines, keeping in contact with top talent, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Supporting early careers and emerging talent initiatives, including graduates, apprentices, and placement programmes.
  • Using systems and tools to track activity, analyse results, and continuously improve processes.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for all recruitment and talent queries.
