A leading recruitment firm in the UK seeks a dedicated recruiter to source candidates across various service lines. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring high-quality direct hires while building relationships with talent. A passion for in-house recruitment and experience in a resourcing role are essential. This position offers hybrid working, 25 days of holiday, and various wellbeing benefits.
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager and hiring Partners across the country. You will have a particular responsibility for researching markets and sourcing candidates into a number of specified areas of the business. Your main focus will be to increase the number and percentage of quality direct hires into RSM, whilst also providing essential support across a variety of processes across the recruitment function.
