Job description
Overview

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager and hiring Partners across the country. You will have a particular responsibility for researching markets and sourcing candidates into a number of specified areas of the business. Your main focus will be to increase the number and percentage of quality direct hires into RSM, whilst also providing essential support across a variety of processes across the recruitment function.

Responsibilities
  • Pro-actively source direct candidates and build long term relationships with talent that is both ready now and for the future. Identifying as many direct candidates as possible to contribute to the reduction of RSM's usage of recruitment agencies
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your own portfolio of vacancies (briefing, screening candidates, advertising on relevant channels, creating Talent Maps and insights, through to offer and onboarding)
  • Keep candidate applications updated and moved efficiently through the recruitment process with the use of our ATS (Phenom)
  • Attend recruitment scoping meetings with hiring Partners to understand the brief of each role before starting to source candidates and keep them fully updated on progress
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager in delivering on recruitment projects
  • Deliver a high standard of client service and be an ambassador of RSM
  • Recruit the right person for the right job within the agreed timeframe; communicate with all parties; help the recruitment team improve client service and drive down recruitment costs
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the recruitment project lifecycle
  • Be confident in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools
  • Ability to manage diverse and sometimes complex roles with specific requirements (e.g., professional qualifications)
  • Demonstrate excellent client service and relationship-building skills
  • Show strong organisational and prioritisation skills
