A dynamic recruitment firm based in Gateshead is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, work closely with hiring managers, and contribute to a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have proven in-house recruitment experience and strong knowledge of best practices. We are partnering with a dynamic company based in Gateshead to find an experienced Recruitment Lead for a 6 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, working closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent across various departments.
Manage end to end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Use various sourcing methods to attract a diverse talent pool.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Proven experience working in-house recruitment or similar recruitment role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient with ATS and recruitment platforms.
Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines is a plus.
