Overview

We are partnering with a dynamic company based in Gateshead to find an experienced Recruitment Lead for a 6 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, working closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent across various departments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end to end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

  • Use various sourcing methods to attract a diverse talent pool.

  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience working in-house recruitment or similar recruitment role.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficient with ATS and recruitment platforms.

  • Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines is a plus.
