Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in the Greater Cardiff Area. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the full cycle of hiring processes, including interviewing, communicating with candidates, and developing recruitment strategies. Daily tasks include coordinating with hiring managers, posting job ads, conducting interviews, and training new employees. The Recruitment Specialist will also work to improve overall recruitment processes and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and the company.
