We're looking for a solutions-focused and creative Recruitment Specialist to join our small team. You'll get the chance to work collaboratively on a range of projects, all designed to drive our national People plan, with plenty of chance to roll your sleeves up, get stuck in and learn something new. As a Recruitment Specialist at PizzaExpress, you'll be the key contact for our Territory Managers and People Business Partners and work with the rest of the recruitment team on defining the route to market for management vacancies across the country. You'll be responsible for the attraction strategy for each management role, finding the best candidates to fit into our business, and assessing applications in partnership with the regional operations team. We work in a fast-paced world. It can be ambiguous and it's ever-changing, but with it comes high autonomy and flexibility. We love a challenge, always support each other, and enjoy the chance for some social time together whenever possible. If you want to be able to make a difference and really drive results, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements
