Job summary

Rocksteady Music School Limited in Liphook, Hampshire, is seeking a Recruitment Sourcer to join our fast-growing Recruitment Team. The role focuses on engaging and nurturing prospective and active candidates, delivering a positive candidate experience, and ensuring data accuracy across the pipeline.

You’ll headhunt across the business, build relationships with talent, and collaborate with marketing to reach potential applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including phone and email.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with proven deadline delivery.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain candidate relationships over time.

Responsibilities

• Headhunt for all roles across the business using multiple platforms.

• Maintain and update candidate data to ensure accuracy.

Rocksteady Music School is the UK’s largest rock and pop school. We teach fun and inclusive in-school band lessons to primary age children. Our mission is simple: to amplify children’s self-belief and remove barriers to music education. We’re currently in thousands of schools in the UK, teaching over 120K children every week, and recently launched in Australia - and we’re growing fast.

Our offices in Liphook and Birmingham are home to many of our central office teams. From there, we all play our part in supporting our band leaders to reach as many children as possible with their lessons. That’s what gets us out of bed in the morning!

We’re now looking for a Recruitment Sourcer to join our Recruitment Team to support the department to continue to recruit the best talent across the business as we continue to grow and empower children through music.

This role focuses on engaging and nurturing prospective and active candidates, delivering a positive candidate experience to enhance Rocksteady's employer brand, and ensuring our candidate data remains current and correct.

As an Recruitment Sourcer you will:

• Headhunt for all roles across the business using various platforms to promote Rocksteady job opportunities
• Reach out to our talent pipeline candidates to engage with prospective candidates about working with Rocksteady
• Maintain our talent pipeline to ensure candidate data is current and correct
• Update and check-in with candidates throughout the process to provide excellent candidate experience
• Work closely with marketing to deliver weekly comms to prospective candidates who have subscribed via email
• Promote Rocksteady's employer brand through active participation in job fairs, recruitment, and other networking events.
• Support the reviewing of applications and conduct pre-screening calls for any relevant roles across the business.
• Supporting recruitment team at Assessment Days and Final Interviews/Observations as required
• Supporting the wider recruitment team with tasks as required

As Recruitment Sourcer you’ll need:

• Excellent organisation and administrative skills
• Great relationship building skills with an ability to build instant rapport
• The ability to communicate passionately and confidently with candidates and colleagues
• Great time management skills and a proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence on the phone and over email.
• Curiosity about emerging technology and AI tools, and an interest in using automation and data to work smarter.
• A passion for Rocksteady's mission and a commitment to hiring people who share our values.
