• Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief
• Communicating with candidates and clients on a daily basis via phone, email and face to face
• Identify and progress leads as required
• Monitor responses/applications received and ensure candidate applications are processed efficiently
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function
• Operate in line with the relevant legislation
• Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
