The Vacancy

Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and our Recruitment Resourcer will play a crucial role in supporting the wider business with recruitment. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a brand ambassador to attract, select, and recruit the top talent for Workspace.

You’ll respond to all applicants in a timely manner, book and conduct interviews, as well as resourcing suitable candidates for line managers. Providing general administration skills, you will liaise and work closely with internal stakeholders to recruit for vacant positions.

What You’ll Bring
  • CIPD Level 3
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection
  • Previous experience using CV databases and Boolean searches
  • Understanding of HR/recruitment processes such as onboarding and right-to-work documents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
