A leading office space provider in London is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support the Talent Acquisition Manager. The role involves attracting and selecting top talent, responding to applicants, conducting interviews, and collaborating with stakeholders. Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and our Recruitment Resourcer will play a crucial role in supporting the wider business with recruitment. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a brand ambassador to attract, select, and recruit the top talent for Workspace.
You’ll respond to all applicants in a timely manner, book and conduct interviews, as well as resourcing suitable candidates for line managers. Providing general administration skills, you will liaise and work closely with internal stakeholders to recruit for vacant positions.
