MAK Jobs is recruiting a dedicated and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with long-term aspirations who are eager to grow and progress within the recruitment industry.

Location: Rugby

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (flexibility is essential)

The Role
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails professionally.
  • Greet office visitors and direct phone calls, as necessary.
  • Update internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Perform document checks to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Reference candidates as part of the recruitment process.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
  • Undertake general office and administrative duties as required.
