Acorn by Synergie is one of the leading recruitment specialists in the UK, and we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team in Plymouth.

In this role, you will support our recruitment consultants by sourcing candidates across various sectors. Your efforts will play a crucial part in connecting candidates with suitable job opportunities, and it's a great role for someone looking to begin a career in recruitment.

As a Resourcer, your duties will include:

Writing job adverts
Promoting vacancies across social media
Assessing CV's and job applications
Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews
Taking orders from clients
Arranging client interviews
Formatting CV's
Giving feedback to applicants
Administration and compliance duties linked to the recruitment process
