Responsibilities
  • Interact with candidates over the phone.
  • You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques.
  • Managing candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
  • Work alongside high performing, experienced consultants who will mentor you and help you grow your skillset.
  • Track your success through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, and continuously improve your performance.
  • Provide leads and market rates to the delivery team.
  • Utilise and update in-house CRM system in line with company process.
