The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• As the new trainee recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the following;
• Candidate sourcing, using different job boards, advertisement and referrals
• Assessing candidate suitability for roles, discussing relevant opportunities, and formatting CVs to present to clients
• Supporting recruitment consultants to service schools, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Administration support
