We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Researcher with a strong educational background, excellent English language skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work with multiple vacancies simultaneously. The Recruitment Researcher will be responsible for researching and sourcing potential candidates for various job openings within our organization. This role requires someone who is highly organized, has exceptional communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify potential candidates using various sources such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other resources.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various job positions.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our organization.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand job requirements and identify candidate needs.
  • Screen and assess candidates to determine their fit for the role and the organization
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and update candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on the progress of recruitment efforts.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates.
  • Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using various recruitment platforms and tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to work with multiple vacancies simultaneously and manage competing priorities
  • Experience with LATAM, Europe, Asia, CIS recruiting will be a plus
