Recruitment Project Manager

Location: Bournemouth

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including location leads, real estate, HR, and finance-to design and implement onboarding plans for 180+ hires, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resource needs are met
  • Partner with vendors and regional cohorts to identify potential candidates, manage large-scale CV collection, and coordinate timely interviews for software engineering, business analysis, and project management roles
  • Serve as the central point of contact for onboarding projects, maintaining regular communication, providing status updates, and disseminating information to key stakeholders across multiple teams and locations
  • Analyze onboarding workflows, seating arrangements, and resource allocation to identify and implement more efficient approaches for large-scale onboarding initiatives
  • Collect, manipulate, and report onboarding-related data using Excel and firmwide tools, providing insights and regular updates to stakeholders to track progress and inform decision-making
