Recruitment or Executive Search Researcher / Resourcer Birmingham or London Odgers Interim

About you

This role is for a Resourcer ideal for a graduate or someone with up to 23 years of experience in research recruitment or a related field. You will support Fee Earners at Consultant Principal and Partner level across multiple sectors. Specifically this support will be to identify assess and engage candidates for executive interim assignment. Additionally you will manage an ongoing relationship with the interim market as well as assisting with new business development and client facing work where needed.
