Job description
About the Role

As Recruitment Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our talent acquisition function, ensuring our hiring processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals. You will own the recruitment infrastructure, tools, and workflows, enabling our team to attract and hire top talent at scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, technology, and people—someone who loves solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Process Optimization
  • Design, implement, and refine end-to-end recruitment workflows to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
  • Identify bottlenecks and pain points in the hiring process, proposing and implementing solutions.
  • Standardize and document recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
2. Recruitment Technology & Tools
  • Own the recruitment tech stack (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, etc.), ensuring seamless integration, adoption, and optimization.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to evaluate, select, and deploy new tools or features.
  • Train and support hiring teams on tool usage, data hygiene, and reporting.
3. Data & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, diversity metrics). Provide actionable insights to leadership and hiring managers to inform hiring strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, and hiring managers to align on hiring priorities and resource allocation.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
5. Candidate Experience
  • Map and improve the candidate journey, from application to onboarding, to ensure a positive and consistent experience.
  • Gather and analyze candidate feedback to drive process improvements.
6. Project Management
  • Lead cross-functional projects (e.g., ATS migrations, process automation, global hiring expansion).
  • Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., background check providers, job boards, recruitment agencies).
Qualifications & Skills
  • 7+ years of professional experience, including ideally 2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruitment CRMs.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Deeply technical and Process-oriented mindset with a track record of improving efficiency and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or tech company.
  • Familiarity with global hiring and multi-country compliance.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working with diverse teams and influencing without authority.
  • Detail-oriented: Meticulous about process, data, and compliance.
Location & Remote

This role is based in one of our European offices (Paris, France and London, UK). We will only consider candidates who either reside or are open to relocating there. We strongly believe in the value of in-person collaboration and we encourage going to the office as much as we can (at least 3 days per week) to create bonds and smooth communication. Our remote policy aims to provide flexibility, improve work-life balance and increase productivity. Each manager can decide the amount of days worked remotely based on autonomy and a specific context (e.g. more flexibility can occur during summer). In any case, employees are expected to maintain regular communication with their teams and be available during core working hours.
