Job Responsibilities

Offer Approvals & Compensation Insight

• Support Recruiters in gathering and organizing offer approval documentation.
• Maintain structured folders within the HR directory and follow up on missing items.
• Populate draft offer approvals with accurate data and formatting.
• Understand and apply knowledge of financial year cycles and Investment Banking compensation structures, particularly for junior talent.
• Review and validate proposed salaries against market trends, internal benchmarks, and candidate compensation history.
• Assess bonus eligibility and identify any bonus forfeitures from previous employers.
