A support service organization based in the UK is seeking a Recruitment Officer to assist in providing personal assistance services to disabled people. The ideal candidate will have recruitment and human resources experience, and the ability to understand the principles of independent living. This role is essential in ensuring comprehensive support to the community. The position is part-time at 21 hours per week, with a salary of £32,654 pro rata.

Independent Living Alternatives (ILA) is looking for a Recruitment Officer to support the organisation in its principle aim of providing a comprehensive range of personal assistance services to disabled people across London.
The successful candidate will have an understanding and experience of recruitment and human resource management as well as being able to demonstrate an understanding of independent living and personal assistance in the context of the disability movement.
