Trainee Recruitment Marketing Advisor

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing campaigns and events (virtual & in-person) for Vacation Schemes, Training Contracts, Open Days, and diversity initiatives
  • Shape and drive recruitment marketing strategy, including media planning and activations
  • Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and university contacts
  • Oversee and support 28 campus Brand Ambassadors, including recruitment and training
  • Deliver social media content (Instagram, TikTok) and engaging candidate communications
  • Conduct HR competency interviews, screen applications, and communicate outcomes
  • Support and line-manage the Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance and oversight
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Creative and proactive, with a background in marketing, communications, or events
  • Experience in social media management and content creation
  • Confident public speaker and presenter, able to engage candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable mentoring or supporting team members
  • Legal/professional services experience is a plus but not essential
