Recruitment Manager - Accountancy and Finance

Location: Sale, Greater Manchester

Salary Negotiable from £45K to £65K + excellent commission

3 days in the office / 2 days WFH

This Global Recruitment Consultancy offers an array of staffing solutions including contingent staffing, direct/permanent hire, on‑site staffing management services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the U.S., U.K., and Australia.

Due to expansion of their 360 staffing business they are seeking Billing Recruitment Managers within IT, Professional Services and Accountancy and Finance.

The 360 A&A team is new to the business and there are currently 2 highly successful lead consultants. A&A is split into the following verticals: Transactional Finance Temp/ Transactional Finance Perm, Qualified Finance Temp/ Qualified Finance Perm.

You will be responsible for the hiring of your team and with the help of a successful Recruitment trainer, mentoring and developing your consultants. Each member of your team will have access to a selection of technology including numerous job‑boards to help them secure the UK’s best talent.

This role will see you leading from the front as a billing Manager as well as setting strategy the division including which key verticals to target.

Career progression to Director level.
