A leading legal recruitment firm in London is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to engage with legal professionals. The role involves screening applicants, managing talent pools, and leading recruitment advertising. Ideal candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in legal recruitment and possess strong communication skills. This hybrid role offers dynamic opportunities within the evolving legal sector.
Our recruitment team play a vital part in attracting and securing the best legal professionals for our team, whether it’s qualified lawyers, paralegals or legal operations professionals. You’ll have a pivotal role representing LOD with those groups as their first point of contact but also in maintaining our relationships with them for the long term.
This is a hybrid role based in our London office.
