About the Role: Recruitment Manager

We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our busy recruitment function, build a best‑in‑class candidate experience, and attract exceptional talent to our growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop our Recruitment Support Officer, ensuring consistent, high‑quality candidate experiences.
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Act as our in‑house head‑hunter, identifying and onboarding top‑tier talent across the UK using LinkedIn, job boards and other Recruitment methods.
  • Brand Building: Enhance our employer brand through social media, Glassdoor, and EVP initiatives.
  • Process Ownership: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—from job adverts to interviews and onboarding.
  • Collaborative Partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to define success profiles and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Develop new attraction strategies, interview frameworks, and agency relationships.
  • Future Planning: Build and maintain a proactive talent pool and support workforce planning.
