Location: Spectrum Building, Bristol
Hours: Full Time
Work Schedule: 7:30am - 4pm x2 days per week, 7:30am - 5pm x2 days per week, 7:30am - 4:30pm Friday, Work from home Wednesday, 9am - 3pm during school holidays

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant in education to join our friendly Bristol team, supporting Primary schools across Bristol, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, and Oxfordshire. Build lasting client relationships and feel genuinely valued – this is the role for you.

The Role - What You'll Be Doing
  • Help drive our branch's continued success and support growth with Branch Managers and Regional Director
  • Train and develop Trainee Recruitment Consultants
  • Attract business from client schools using sales, business development, and marketing techniques
  • Drive business development through relationship‑building and outreach, visiting schools and deepening client engagement
  • Find, engage, and place brilliant educators in the right roles; build talent pools using social media, headhunting, and networking
  • Manage applications, interviews, references, and placements; track progress in Salesforce system
  • Support schools with sponsorship opportunities and act as an ambassador for the Group's ESG strategy
Who We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in education recruitment
  • Full UK driving licence with car access (essential)
  • Strong communicator with a consultative sales style
  • Organised, resilient, self‑motivated, natural relationship‑builder and team player
  • Driven to exceed targets while staying true to ethical business practices
