Job summary

The Recruitment Lead at Aletheia Academies Trust leads the Trust's recruitment function across sixteen academies, shaping talent attraction, onboarding, and ensuring a strong pipeline for future posts. This part-time role is based in the UK with pro rata annual pay.

You will work within the People & Culture team, engaging with schools, external events, and central office partners to deliver a high-quality candidate experience and robust staffing plans year-round.

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruitment across multiple schools or campuses is preferred.
• Ability to shape talent attraction and onboarding processes.
• Strong collaboration with leadership and development programmes.

Salary: G.19-G.23 Actual Salary £29,403 - £32,237 per annum (Pro Rata to £36,264 - £39,760 FTE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Recruitment Lead to join our People & Culture team at Aletheia Academies Trust - a family of sixteen academies across Sevenoaks, Northwest Kent and Medway.

Our Central Offices are based at Alkerden CofE Academy, Ebbsfleet Valley, Greenhithe, DA10 1HN

The Recruitment Lead has responsibility for the whole of the Trust's recruitment function. This includes shaping how the Trust attracts talent, anticipating vacancies before they arise, representing the Trust at recruitment fairs and careers events, and ensuring every new starter has a smooth, well-supported onboarding experience. The role also connects recruitment activity to the Trust's leadership and development programmes, helping build a genuine talent pipeline rather than simply filling posts.
