A leading holiday camp provider is seeking a Recruitment Executive to manage the full candidate lifecycle for seasonal hires. This hybrid role entails sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers. Ideal candidates will have experience in recruitment, education, or childcare, and must be commutable to Oxfordshire for one day a week.
