SetSales, based in London, is seeking a Recruitment Director to lead our talent acquisition in a fast-growing insurtech environment. You will own the recruitment process end-to-end and help define recruiting strategy with the CEO, while building a compelling employer brand.

Working from our London HQ, you will engage with candidates across levels, drive onboarding improvements, and contribute to scalable growth.

Qualifikationen

• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts and conducting interviews
• UK work permit is required
• Be curious and have a genuine and deep passion for working with and understanding people
• Willingness to learn recruiting with guidance when needed
• Proactive, highly driven with outstanding performance and urgency

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including; role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts and conducting interviews
• Build a strong employer brand and attracting both the obvious talents (what we call shouting talents) as well as the more covert talents (what we call whispering talents)
• Own the execution of further developing and automating our recruiting processes
• Improve our onboarding process in close collaboration with management
