CNC Recruitment are seeking a seasoned Global Agile Project & Talent Strategy Director to lead and transform our international talent acquisition function. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands‑on expertise in sourcing niche talent, optimizing recruitment processes, and delivering high‑impact change initiatives across Europe, the UAE, and the US.

Location : Flexible (UK‑based with international travel)

Job Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Strategy
    • Lead end‑to‑end Agile Technical and global recruitment across multiple geographies and sectors (Finance, IT, Pharma, Engineering).
    • Design and implement scalable, inclusive hiring frameworks aligned with business growth and transformation goals.
    • Develop and manage preferred supplier lists and agency frameworks to reduce cost‑per‑hire and increase candidate quality.
    • Build and maintain talent pools exceeding 2,000+ candidates for proactive sourcing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
    • Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define role requirements, mitigate bias, and ensure ED&I compliance.
    • Deliver workshops and ceremonies to educate leadership on recruitment best practices and behavioural change.
    • Present strategic hiring insights and data‑driven reports to executive teams.
  • Project & Change Management
    • Lead Agile recruitment and change projects, including process integration and transformation initiatives.
    • Oversee international mobility programmes, visa sponsorship, and relocation support.
    • Drive continuous improvement through competitor benchmarking, metrics analysis, and feedback loops.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Manage ATS workflows, salary benchmarking, and onboarding processes.
    • Monitor KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance rates, and attrition.
    • Ensure compliance with international employment laws and data regulations.
  • Key Achievements Expected
    • Deliver C‑level hires annually with a P&L reduction in agency fees.
    • Reduce time‑to‑hire and first‑year attrition.
    • Increase online applications and candidate engagement by 40%+.
    • Lead several global change projects and produce savings through process optimisation.
  • Required Skills & Experience
    • 15+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition, including global C‑level, Technical and niche hiring.
    • Proven success in strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
    • Strong command of Agile methodologies and change management.
    • Experience with ATS platforms, CRM systems, and data‑driven recruitment.
    • Certifications in Agile, Prince2, ED&I, and international employment law preferred.
  • Preferred Background
    • Experience in public sector transformation, investment banking, pharmaceuticals, or tech.
    • Track record of working with clients such as 4 data giants.
    • Familiarity with European, Gulf, and US labour markets.
