Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps is a leading UK provider of holiday childcare, delivering activity programmes for children aged 4 to 14 across partner schools, including sport, bushcraft and creative activities.

The Recruitment Coordinator will manage end-to-end seasonal staff recruitment, ensuring OFSTED-ready staffing and strong employment engagement across our camp network.

You will work in Farmoor, Oxfordshire, with hours aligned to camp weeks and potential weekend prep, starting January 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination or human resources.
• Understanding of DBS checks and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Selection & Interviewing: screen applications, conduct interviews, ensure staff ratios.
• Compliance & Onboarding: complete background checks, train staff, maintain records.
• Outreach & Initiatives: recruit via job fairs, online boards, and networking.
• Candidate & Staff Engagement: handle inquiries and support training days.
