? Responsibilities:

• Supporting recruitment by handling all assigned tasks via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Workday

• Facilitating interview processes by using the ATS to invite, confirm, and schedule all interview stages with candidates and Hiring Managers

• Complex scheduling coordination across the EMEA and US regions

• Ensuring all ATS data is accurate and kept up to date, with candidates notified of their application status

• Making sure all offline data is stored in line with GDPR

? Qualifications:

• Experience in a Recruitment function: Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Assistant or similar

• Experience working within an EMEA regional role

• Skilled in supporting across multiple geographical locations and time zones

• Strong attention to detail and ensuring 100% system accuracy in ATS

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Quick learner of new systems, software, and processes

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes and system functionality
