Job description

Eat Dome is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who loves fast-paced recruitment, enjoys working with lots of different people. You’ll help us hire, support and grow amazing teams for our food units at festivals all over the UK.

Eat Dome is two Truffle Burger restaurants in central London, street food units and experiences on the Southbank, and a huge growing presence at UK-wide festivals. With a curated line up of 7 in-house brands, Eat Dome runs a rota of food concepts within a seriously busy travelling food hall that travels to festivals throughout the summer season. In 2026, we are expanding further across the UK, and building teams of around 150 people for Summer.

We own multiple brands and we need someone who can manage high-volume, multi-site recruitment with speed, accuracy and care.

You will report directly to the Head of People, working closely with them to follow the hiring plan and meet staffing needs across all festivals. You’ll support management recruitment when needed, but your main focus will be high-volume hiring for junior and supervisor roles, helping managers choose the right people and keeping them guided and informed throughout the recruitment process.

This is a great role for someone who has worked in food & beverage—ideally quick service—and now wants to take the next step in people operations, HR, and talent development.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead fast and high-volume recruitment for festival seasons, hiring Festival Managers, Supervisors and team members across multiple brands and locations.
  • Support the Head of People with management recruitment (e.g. Festival Managers, Unit Managers) while primarily owning recruitment for all junior and supervisor-level roles.
  • Help managers with their talent selection by screening candidates, flagging strong applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring fair and consistent hiring steps.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, trial shifts, onboarding sessions and training plans.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for each festival and new unit opening.
  • Keep recruitment pipelines organised and moving quickly so units are fully staffed on time.
  • Provide a great experience for candidates by communicating clearly, kindly and quickly.
  • Keep the HR system (HRIS) updated with new starters, leavers, contract changes and personal details.
  • Collect, check and upload right-to-work documents, payroll details and onboarding paperwork.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, online modules, and festival-specific briefings.
We’re looking for:
  • Experience in fast-paced recruitment, especially multi-site or multi-brand hiring.
  • Experience in food & beverage, ideally quick service or hospitality with busy service environments.
  • Comfortable managing large candidate pools and hiring quickly at scale.
  • Strong organisational skills—able to keep track of lots of details and deadlines.
  • Confident using HR systems, scheduling tools and spreadsheets - Harri preferably
  • Someone who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys working with people.
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in HR, recruitment or people operations.
  • Join a growing company with exciting festival partnerships across the UK.
  • Be part of building teams for an exciting UK wide project.
