The Role

Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE
Location: London – Hybrid working

As the London office continues to grow, they are expanding their talent acquisition function with professionals who care deeply about delivering exceptional operational support.

What would I be doing day to day?
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Manage all candidate communications, including scheduling, updates and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with reporting.
  • Prepare interview materials, gather feedback and support campus and early-career recruiting programmes.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers and external contacts to support end-to-end workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to refine processes and elevate the candidate experience.
