BMSL Group are reqcruiting for a construction sector white collar Recruitment Consultant.

BMSL are a national construction sector recruitment business that work with Tier 1 construction companies.

Responsibilities
  • As a White Collar Consultant, you'll be instrumental in developing and expanding this specialist area within our construction division. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building and managing client relationships across the Construction, M&E and Building Services market.
  • Proactively developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client accounts.
  • Conducting site visits, client meetings, and presentations to strengthen partnerships and secure new business.
  • Working closely with our delivery and support teams to ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.
  • Taking ownership of the Permanent White Collar desk, with a clear path to growth and leadership.
