Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment Services in Epsom has an exciting opportunity for a recruitment consultant. You will focus on building strong client relationships, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and managing the full lifecycle from vacancy to placement.

You’ll work in a dynamic, office-based environment with a clear path to revenue targets and career growth. This role offers support from a dedicated team and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• From 12 months up to senior level experience in 360 consultant roles (agency setting).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A competitive, target-driven mindset.
• Resilience and determination to succeed.
• Confidence, energy and professionalism.
• Self-starter, with the ability to manage a busy desk.
• Car/Driving license (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with new and existing clients, both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Source, screen and interview candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial vacancy to successful placement.
• Develop and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn and networking opportunities.
• Deliver excellent service to both clients and candidates.
• Achieve agreed monthly and annual revenue targets.
