You will develop existing accounts, source top candidates, and build your own market while benefiting from modern tech, strong leadership access, and career progression opportunities. This role is fully on-site in Whiteley, Hampshire.

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience required, we welcome enthusiastic beginners.
• You should be competitive, confident and commercially minded.
• You should be comfortable speaking to people, learning quickly and working toward clear targets.
• Sales-driven experience from related fields is transferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and live vacancies.
• Develop new clients and accounts.
• Source and headhunt high-quality candidates.
• Interview and qualify candidates; coordinate interview processes.
• Negotiate salaries and recruitment fees.
• Build your own specialist market over time.
• Utilise LinkedIn, CV databases, and our CRM/sourcing tools.
• Develop a strong candidate network and industry knowledge.
