Responsibilities
- Driving Business Growth – Proactively identifying and securing new clients while managing existing relationships to maximise opportunities.
- Building Your Talent Network – Sourcing, vetting, and onboarding top‑tier tutors to support children in need.
- Sales & Relationship Management – Engaging senior education leaders, pitching tuition services, and structuring impactful tuition programmes.
- Meeting & Exceeding KPIs – Managing your pipeline effectively, closing deals and ensuring the highest service standards.
- Ensuring Compliance & Safeguarding – Maintaining rigorous adherence to company policies and government regulations.
- Sourcing new candidates and transitioning existing candidates to work as tutors.
- Managing the eligibility and vetting requirements of tutors to ensure they are suitable for work.
- Liaising with senior leaders to structure tuition programmes in line with the requirements of the client.
- Marketing and selling tuition services to relevant new and existing clients in an allocated geographical area.
- Ensuring all areas of the business are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, quality standards and values.
- Ensuring that the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are always maintained in line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy and in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education national guidelines.
