Overview

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter to join our Facilities Management (FM) division, managing and growing a busy temps desk. Based in our Dartford office, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, filling roles at pace, and building long-term business partnerships within the FM sector.

This role is perfect for an ambitious recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys autonomy, and has the commercial drive to grow an already active desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process for FM temporary roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of FM positions.
  • Ensure compliance, right-to-work checks, and all candidate documentation.
  • Grow the temp desk through proactive business development and service delivery.
  • Handle booking management, timesheets, contractor care, and problem resolution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to share leads, insights, and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and recruitment records.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience working a 360 recruitment desk, ideally within Facilities Management, Maintenance, Engineering, or related sectors.
  • Strong experience running a temps desk and placing high-volume temporary contractors.
  • Confident in business development, client onboarding, and relationship management.
  • A strong understanding of compliance and temp recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time‑management skills.
  • Driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced and target‑focused environment.
  • Office‑based working preferred; must be comfortable working from Dartford.
