As a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier tech talent with leading businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining long term relationships with clients, while actively developing new business
  • Understanding client hiring needs and delivering strategic, consultative recruitment solutions
  • Negotiating commercial terms to establish strong, value-driven partnerships
  • Becoming a market expert through continuous networking and industry insights
  • Attracting top candidates with compelling outreach and engagement strategies
  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle - from first contact through to placement

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You'll have:

  • Recruitment Experience with a proven track record of winning new business, building client relationships, and growing your own desk. Whether you're already recruiting in the tech space, or looking to specialise in it, we want to hear from you
  • Sales Experience from any sector, with clear evidence of hitting targets, generating revenue and driving commercial success.
