2+ years experience in technology or digital recruitment
Strong market knowledge within IT, digital, or data recruitment
A commercial mindset with a focus on long-term client partnerships

Identify and engage top talent across technology markets
Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support client needs
Source candidates for your own and team-led roles
Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to placement
Develop new client relationships through business development and networking
Account manage existing clients, collaborating with regional leaders to grow key accounts
