As a 360 Recruitment Consultant within the IT and Tech sectors, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment process. From building and maintaining strong client relationships to sourcing and placing top‑tier talent, you'll play a key role in driving the growth of our company and the success of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, develop, and maintain new client relationships within the IT and Tech markets, ensuring long‑term partnerships.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, headhunt, and attract high‑caliber IT and Tech professionals through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and your network.
- Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions, managing the entire recruitment process from initial brief to placement.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Manage salary negotiations and client‑candidate expectations to ensure successful placements.
- Candidate & Client Management: Provide excellent service to both candidates and clients, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Insight: Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.
