Overview

We're growing our team! Our Engineering division is expanding, and we're looking for a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of the high-potential Sussex and Surrey region.

With early traction already established and strong market opportunities ahead, this is a fantastic chance to build on existing momentum and make a real impact. You'll be stepping into a strategically important patch with plenty of scope for growth, supported by a collaborative team and a clear vision for success.

Responsibilities
  • Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match them with job opportunities. Prepare and promote candidates for interviews, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly.
  • Key Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
