  • Conducting all stages of a recruitment life cycle
  • Understanding and analysing the market and sharing insights with your customers
  • A highly proactive approach to drive sales opportunities

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Degree qualified preferred
  • Established sales, real estate or other relevant work experience
  • Professional services recruitment experience would be ideal
  • Good knowledge of Bullhorn preferable
  • Agile business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Effective communication skills and eagerness to learn/grow
  • A naturally inquisitive approach and an appreciation for diverse thought and perspective
  • A desire to be collaborative with a one team, one goal mindset
  • Real grit and resilience to drive you through challenging times
  • Highly IT literate with a can‑do approach to embracing new technology
