What will your role involve?

A 360 Recruitment professional, you will take responsibility for building and developing your desk within your specialist sector / disciplines and effectively managing the end to end sales process

• Develop strong client relationships, understanding their individual hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job brief to placement, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviews, compliance, and onboarding.
• Source, meet and support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• Ensure all candidate compliance and documentation is up to date
• Maintain regular contact with both clients and candidates to ensure a quality service is consistently achieved

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience within the recruitment sector and ideally within the Technical & Engineering, Professional Services or Manufacturing / Industrial sectors
• Self-motivated with the drive to succeed in developing customer relationships
• A great work ethic, not afraid to work hard
