Our client is an award-winning, forward-thinking, and industry-leading agency with branches across the Midlands. You will be responsible for maximising the business performance of your desk by demonstrating your skills as a 360 industrial recruiter.

Responsibilities

1. Sales and business development to attract new business from clients and candidates
2. Maintain client relationships through effective communication
3. Interview and resource candidates
4. Compile job descriptions and advertise vacancies
