Recruitment Consultant - Reed Epsom

Location: Oaks House, 12-22 West St, Epsom KT18 7RG

Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential

Hybrid Working: 4 days in-office, 1 day from home (full-time office-based during induction)

Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus potential

Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)

We're looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Reed Epsom office. You'll be growing our temporary recruitment desk within the Human Resources (HR) sector, covering Epsom and surrounding areas. This is a warm desk with strong existing relationships and excellent growth potential.

  • Talent Attraction: Write engaging job adverts, headhunt, network, and use social media to source top candidates.
