The Role of a Recruitment Consultant FM

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: client development, candidate sourcing, placement in FM
• Develop new business & nurture existing accounts
• Source, profile, and match candidates to vacancies
• Negotiate offers, confirm start dates, and maintain CRM data
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and trade shows (UK & international)

Who We re Looking For in a Recruitment Consultant FM
